Dear Friends,

In October of 2012, Rebecca and I gladly accepted an invitation from our church leaders to serve for three years as president and matron of the
Oquirrh Mountain Temple in South Jordan Utah.(For information about temples or other aspects of the church, go to mormon.org)

This is a volunteer-type role, but it is essentially full time; therefore, I will not be accepting any engagements for speaking or coaching during this period of service. We have also put our writing projects on hold.

My latest book, Talent Unleashed, will still be published in the near future, and my colleges and co-authors Shawn Moon, Michael Simpson and Todd Davis will be speaking on the content.

I would like to thank each of my clients for their friendship and support. I plan to re-engage and rekindle my writing projects in November of 2015.

There's no one I trust more than Roger Merrill. His immense credibility gives him great courage, judgment and influence. He is that rare individual who is able to balance profound wisdom and insight with intensely practical application. I have benefitted enormously from his advice over many years.
